Animation and colouring space
An open family space available throughout the festival, featuring screenings of the animated series “Barbora” and “BFF” by animation production company “Art Shot”.
Created in collaboration with Polish partners, “Barbora” is an adventure-filled animated series for children aged 3–6. It invites young viewers into Barbora’s world – familiar, relatable and full of everyday challenges. From a first visit to the dentist to a trip to the forest or experiments with fashion, the series gently shows how even ordinary situations can turn into meaningful adventures.
“BFF” is aimed at slightly older children of primary school age and follows three best friends: Ben the bear, Frida the squirrel and Freddie the cat. Just like any other children, they have different personalities, sometimes get grumpy or argue, would happily live on cinnamon buns and rarely put their skateboards down. But together they can overcome any challenge – because friendship is their superpower.
Alongside the screenings, “Art Shot” will also present its latest production, the animated film Kirstukų miško pranašystė, which will be released in cinemas on 16 October. The family space will also feature a colouring corner offering quieter activities.
Age: suitable for the whole family. The colouring corner is also designed with the youngest visitors in mind.
