Discussion “Mentorship: experience gains meaning when shared”
Do you remember someone who, at a certain point in your life, helped you see new possibilities, believe in yourself or simply take the next step? Perhaps today, you are that person for someone else.
In this discussion with alumni mentors, we will explore what mentorship truly means: the first tentative steps, the moments when you realise, “This is why being a mentor is worthwhile,” and the experiences that may have seemed ordinary for years until it became clear that they could be invaluable to someone else.
Do you only become a mentor once you “know everything”? Or does mentorship begin with a willingness to share what you have already learnt – while continuing to learn and grow yourself?
Join us for an open conversation about how experience finds its true meaning when shared.
Perhaps this discussion will inspire you to ask yourself: what knowledge and experience could I share?
